Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Enything currently provides hyper-local delivery services within Bandipora, Jammu & Kashmir (193502) and its immediate surrounding areas (within a 15 km radius). We do not offer inter-state or international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Timelines

Because Enything focuses on hyper-local on-demand delivery, our timelines are significantly faster than traditional e-commerce:

• Food & Restaurant Orders: Typically delivered within 30-45 minutes of order confirmation, depending on food preparation time and local traffic.
• Groceries & Pharmacy: Typically delivered within 15-30 minutes.
• Custom Packages: Pickup and drop-off are executed sequentially and usually take 30-60 minutes depending on distance.

Please note that bad weather, political disturbances, or extremely high demand may cause delays. Users can track their delivery partners in real-time within the Enything app.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on the distance between the pickup location (seller) and the drop-off location (customer). The exact delivery fee is always displayed transparently on the checkout screen before payment is processed.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order is accepted by a seller and a delivery partner is assigned, you will receive a push notification. You can track the delivery partner's real-time GPS location directly on the map inside the Enything app.

5. Failed Deliveries

If our delivery partner arrives at the designated location but is unable to reach the customer (e.g., incorrect address, unresponsive phone), the partner will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled without a refund (especially for perishable food items). Please ensure your contact details are accurate.
